Different Grades of Non - Holographic Hot Stamping Foils

- LS-2 grade is mainly developed for narrow web flexo machines (Mark Andy, Gallus, Omet, Edale and Lombardi) for high-speed hot stamping applications in label industry. Main characteristics of this grade involve powderless stamping and excellent heat resistance.
- Presently only silver and gold shades are available for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 95ºC - 135ºC (on platen), 100ºC - 145ºC (on cylinder) and 140ºC - 190ºC (on rotary).
- This grade has excellent moisture, alcohol and UV resistance and is also scratch resistant.
- LS-2 also has excellent mirror effect and printability (high curing system) and doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
- LS-2 is stored at a temperature of 10ºC to 30ºC and a relative humidity of 30 to 70%.

- PS-4 is mainly used in monocartons industries.
- This grade is developed for flatbed and cylindrical machines.
- It is the best grade for stamping on ink coated surfaces.
- It is over-printable and has high gloss effect.
- Oxidation doesn’t occur on PS-4 film; hence no black spots can be observed on this grade.
- This grade has no peel off.
- PS-4 is moisture, alcohol, UV and scratch resistant.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 95ºC - 130ºC (on platen), 100ºC - 150ºC (on cylinder) and 125ºC - 190ºC (on rotary).
- As per customer demand any shade of PS-4 grade film can be developed along with matt finish.
- PS-4 is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.

- PS-77 is best suited for plastic beads and plastic rings, which provides mirror reflection on the reverse side after stamping.
- It is also suitable for all UV ink substrates.
- Presently only silver and gold shades are available for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 95ºC - 130ºC (on platen), 100ºC - 140ºC (on cylinder) and 135ºC - 180ºC (on rotary).
- This grade has excellent moisture, detergent, washing, petrol and oil resistance.
- It has no plasticizer migration and doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
- PS-77 is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.

- PS-8 is predominantly used on matt film, PVC film and PET laminated substrates.
- It is applied on textile packaging boxes.
- Almost all shades (light and dark) are available for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 95ºC - 130ºC (on platen), 100ºC - 140ºC (on cylinder) and 135ºC - 180ºC (on rotary).
- This grade is moisture and scratch resistant.
- It doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
- PS-8 is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.

- Crysta is the most suitable grade for laminated cloth and leather surfaces.
- Presently only silver and gold shades are available for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 100ºC - 180ºC.
- This grade has excellent moisture, washing, oil, alcohol, scratch and UV resistance.
- It doesn’t undergo hence no black spots.
- Crysta is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.

- RBP-Nippon Grade has high temperature resistance and is suitable high speed hot stamping.
- It is mainly developed for cylindrical rotary machines.
- Suitable substrates for this grade are paper, ink coated paper, dry paper, rough paper, tipping paper and uncoated paper.
- Presently only light shades of gold and silver are available for this grade.
- RBP-Nippon is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.
R-777 GRADE HSF

- Excellent adhesion on plastic substrates make R-777 the most suitable grade for wide stamping on frames.
- It is mainly applied on clock frames and rough cardboards.
- Presently only silver and gold shades are available for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 90ºC – 135ºC (using metal dies) and 135ºC - 155ºC (using Silicon rubber dies).
- This grade has excellent moisture, scratch, washing and oil resistance.
- It doesn't undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
- R-777 is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.
RV-8 GRADE HSF

- RV-8 is the most suitable grade for acrylic & plastic beads and stones.
- Presently only silver is the available shade for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 100ºC - 140ºC.
- This grade has excellent moisture, washing, detergent oil, petrol, alcohol, scratch and UV resistance.
- RV-8 provides mirror reflection on the reverse side and excellent gloss after stamping.
- It doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
- RV-8 is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.
REI GRADE HSF

- REI is the most suitable grade for fine cutting.
- It is mainly applied on liquor labels, cosmetic & medical packaging boxes, greeting cards, coated & uncoated paper, PET, PVC, ink printed paper, acrylic wood, plastics, ABS, PE, synthetic paper, chromo art paper, mirror coated paper, varnish paper and UV varnish paper.
- Presently only silver and gold shades are available for this grade.
- Operating temperature range of this grade is 95ºC - 130ºC (on platen), 110ºC - 145ºC (on cylinder) and 95ºC - 135ºC (on rotary).
- This grade has excellent moisture, scratch, alcohol and UV resistance.
- It also has excellent printability (high curing system) & mirror effect.
- It doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
- REI is stored at a temperature of 10ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.
