• RS-7 SH is our most versatile product. It is suitable for all substrates such as PVC, PET, PC, Dry Paper, Coated Board, Uncoated Board, Water Varnish Board & Ink Coated Substrates.
• Prime Specialty of this grade is that it’s suitable for fine cutting and broad cutting stamping applications. It is suitable for embossing application as well.
• Almost all shades (light and dark) and hot stamping holograms are available for this grade.
• Operating temperature range of this grade is 95ºC - 130ºC (on platen), 100ºC - 150ºC (on cylinder) and 125ºC - 190ºC (on rotary).
• This grade has excellent moisture and alcohol resistance and is also scratch resistant.
• RS-7 SH also has excellent over printability (UV curing system), no peel off using cello tape and doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
• RS-7 SH is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.

• The RS7 W URL Grade is exclusively meant for stamping on High-Speed Hot Stamping Machines such as Pantec Rhino (flat bed machine).
• Suitable substrates for this grade are uncoated paper, security paper and low GSM paper.
• Almost all shades (light and dark) are available for this grade.
• Operating temperature range of this grade is 120ºC - 140ºC and stamping can be done at a speed of 100m/min.
• This grade has excellent high temperature resistance.
• It is also resistant to moisture, scratch and UV radiation.
• It doesn’t undergo oxidation hence no black spots.
• RS7 W URL is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.

• URL base lacquer is predominantly used for holographic hot stamping foil.
• Suitable substrates for URL grade are Kraft paper, dry paper, rough paper, low GSM paper and uncoated boards.
