Cold Foil
Cold Foil involves transferring onto various substrates such as paper, coated paper, PVC, PE, PP and transparent plastic films via the application of UV adhesive and UV light exposure. Cold Foil is used because of its advantage in production speed over Hot Stamping Foil.

Grades of Non-Holographic Cold Foil
RF-7 GRADE
  • RF-7 is free from heavy metals.
  • Almost all shades (light and dark, metallic and matt) are available for this grade.
  • This grade has excellent moisture, alcohol and scratch resistance.
  • RF-7 also has excellent over printability and no oxidation hence no black spots.
  • RF-7 is stored at a temperature of 18ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity of 35 to 70%.
CLR GRADE
The CLR Grade Cold Foil is meant for narrow web cold foiling application.
Using this grade cold foil can be applied on documents, PP, PE, PVC and PET labels.
